A Little About Me

I have spent over a decade working in the health insurance industry. For more than seven years, I worked on the customer service side, assisting members and beneficiaries—people just like you—who had questions about their health insurance. Whether it was inquiries about their plans, claims, billing, or benefits, I was there to help and continue learning the ins and outs of the industry.

After 7 years, I decided to advance my career by moving into a claims processing role, where I processed the very claims that often cause confusion. I spent over a year in that position before earning a promotion to claims adjuster.

I transitioned to adjusting claims that required extra attention and correction due to errors in the original processing. This role demands a high level of detail orientation to ensure that no critical information is overlooked, as even small details can affect the outcome of a claim. Over the past three years, I have also developed specialized expertise in coordination of benefits and Medicare Secondary Payer rules.
